We had a very large party, and not only was the food delicious but they partitioned our entire area to make it cozy and private. Our waitress, Famous Linda, was amazing. She set up a buffet style section with a delicious selection, and was so caring and professional with our entire party. Definitely a great experience, we'll definitely be back!
Five Stars for Lightning-Fast and Delicious Service! Absolutely fantastic service! From the moment we walked in, the staff at this location were incredibly accommodating. We were in a bit of a rush to get to the airport, and they immediately understood our situation. We were seated right away, which was a huge relief. Our waitress was an absolute star. We explained we needed our food as quickly as possible, and she delivered beyond our expectations. I literally hadn't even returned from a quick trip to the restroom before our delicious meals were already waiting on the table! Talk about efficiency! The food itself was also top-notch. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially given our time constraints. This location truly went above and beyond, and we'll definitely be recommending it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional, speedy service. We couldn't say anything better about this place!
My visit to Dave's Barbecue on Airway was made even better thanks to the incredible service from Famous Ava ! From the moment I walked in, Ava greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to offer recommendations that perfectly matched my cravings. The food was amazing — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — but what really stood out was Ava’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail. She checked in just the right amount of times, making sure everything was to our liking without ever being overbearing. Her personality and professionalism added so much to the overall experience. It’s clear that Dave’s Barbecue has an asset in Ava. She represents the heart of great customer service and truly lives up to her “Famous” name!
I came in the other day on the to go side and the guy that helped me Brandon was so helpful and polite and had great customer service and just all together gave me one of the best experiences I've had in any famous Dave's I've ever gone too. Will definitely be returning and hopefully he takes care of me or at least someone with his work ethics. Thanks again Brandon.
I had a great experience at this Famous Daves location. The service was top notch. Believe me when I say it ! I enjoyed my food and my server, Janay did an excellent job making sure everything was just the way I preferred. Janay was extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve been to this location a while ago but unfortunately forgot my previous order. Thankfully, I was able to somewhat describe my order and Janay was able to understand the details I gave her and help me get what I was looking for. The food arrived exactly how I wanted down to the details. Janay also checked on my table just enough attentive without hovering which made the experience more pleasant. Her service was truly worthwhile and lead me to give this review. Thank you for doing an excellent job, Janay !! Keep it up.

Outstanding experience. Our server, Brianna Q, was absolutely incredible — attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time. The food was flawless: perfectly cooked, great flavor, and came out fast. Easily one of the best barbecue spots I’ve hit in a while. Highly recommend both the place and asking for Brianna if you want top-tier service
Absolutely delicious and amazing service! We came in from Portland for some great southern barbecue and y'all did not disappoint! Famous Linda was awesome, checked in on us several times, and gave great suggestions! Whether you’re an El Paso resident or you’re staying by the airport... you HAVE to add this place to your list! Definitely try the Devil’s Spit and Banana Pudding!
